Située dans un cadre magnifique et au calme, la MRPS est à la fois une institution médico\-sociale et résidentielle. Fondée en 1849, elle compte plus de 300 collaborateurs et accueille des personnes âgées dépendantes (220 en EMS) et indépendantes (135 en résidences). Afin de rejoindre nos équipes de soins, nous recherchons, en contrat de durée indéterminée,

**Un/Une Assistant/e en soins et sante communautaire

MISSION :

L’ASSC dispense, sur délégation médicale et/ou infirmière, et exclusivement pour des situations de soins infirmiers dont l’évolution est prévisible et non\-complexe, des soins personnalisés en s’adaptant aux besoins et au projet de vie des résidants.

Pour cela, il lui faut identifier les besoins des résidents, leur degré de dépendance et leurs handicaps dans l’accomplissement des activités de la vie quotidienne, dans le respect de la personnalité et les valeurs du résident et établir ensuite un recueil de données selon le cadre conceptuel de soins retenu par la MRPS et participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre du projet de vie du résident. Par ailleurs, il lui incombera de réévaluer périodiquement l’évolution de la situation de soins et des actions soignantes entreprises et tenir informé(e) le médecin et/ou l’infirmier(ère) diplômé(e), de toute modification de l’état de santé du résident.

Il lui appartient également de s’entretenir avec le résident et/ou ses proches pour favoriser la réalisation du projet de vie communautaire et de superviser les activités des aides\-soignantes sur délégation de l’infirmier(ère) responsable des unités de soins ou de l’infirmier(ère) diplômé(e).

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

  • Diplôme d’ASSC.
  • Une expérience en gériatrie ou psychogériatrie serait un atout.
  • Entregent, respect, empathie et flexibilité.
  • Capacité à travailler en interdisciplinarité.
  • Maitrise des outils bureautique usuels.
