Your Mission:

As a true brand ambassador, you embody the spirit of Maison 123.

Your mission is to create a unique and personalised customer experience. You will:

  • Welcome, advise and retain customers by delivering an exceptional and differentiated shopping experience
  • Build long-lasting relationships through attentive and expert customer service
  • Support the implementation of visual merchandising and ensure the store’s attractiveness
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving KPI performance

Profile:

We are looking for passionate individuals who love fashion and purpose, and who are eager to join a brand undergoing transformation. You stand out through:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong appetite for challenge
  • Your ability to turn every customer interaction into a successful experience
  • A vibrant, dynamic, bold and curious personality
  • Strong team spirit and a desire to contribute to a positive and motivating work environment
  • Previous experience in sales within Fashion, Beauty or Lifestyle is an advantage but not essential
