Notre magasin recrute un/e Vendeur/se Polyvalent/e.

Vos missions en magasin au sein de l’équipe :

- Faire vivre à chaque client une expérience magasin unique :

  • Accueillir chaleureusement chaque client
  • Accompagner et fidéliser nos clients dans leur parcours magasin dans leurs achats plaisir
  • Proposer les services Maisons du Monde à nos clients (Alma, Rhinov…)
  • Gérer l’encaissement en respectant les procédures

- Donner du style à votre magasin

  • Participer aux livraisons, au réassort et à l’implantation des produits et des nouveaux thèmes afin de sublimer nos collections
  • Mettre en œuvre notre plan merchandising pour inspirer nos clients

- Être acteur dans la réussite de votre magasin

  • Connaître les indicateurs commerciaux de votre magasin et appliquer, avec les managers et l’équipe, les plans d’action pour atteindre les objectifs
  • Développer les ventes et le taux de transformation

- Être ambassadeur de la marque / Diffuser et incarner les valeurs de la marque

  • Être ambassadeur et représenter la marque (connaître les projets de l’entreprise, les partager au client, etc.)

  • Vous avez déjà eu une première expérience en vente dans le retail ou la distribution spécialisée

  • Vous aimez être challengé(e) et évoluer dans une dynamique de changement
  • Vous êtes motivé(e), dynamique, avenant(e)
  • Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs clients et l’opérationnel en simultané
  • Le travail en équipe est important pour vous
  • Vous êtes engagé(e) sur les sujets environnementaux et la RSE
