  • Auxiliar no processo de faturamento de produtos ou serviços conforme procedimentos estabelecidos.
  • Verificar e conferir documentos fiscais, notas de venda e demais documentos relacionados ao faturamento.
  • Lançar dados e informações em sistemas de gestão e/ou planilhas eletrônicas.
  • Realizar o controle e organização de arquivos relacionados ao faturamento.
  • Auxiliar na conciliação de dados entre faturamento e contabilidade.
  • Comunicar-se efetivamente com outros departamentos para resolver discrepâncias ou problemas relacionados ao faturamento.
  • Auxiliar na geração de relatórios e análises relacionadas ao faturamento, quando necessário.
  • Colaborar na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de faturamento e sugerir soluções.

Local: Bairro Veneza em Ipatinga

Horário: 8h00 às 18h00 de segunda a quinta-feira e de 8h00 às 18h00 na sexta-feira.

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência prévia em funções administrativas, especialmente em atividades relacionadas a emissão de notas fiscais;
  • Conhecimento básico em sistemas de gestão e pacote Office;
  • Capacidade de organização, atenção aos detalhes e senso de responsabilidade;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
