Você vai atuar em uma empresa estruturada, com processos bem definidos e uma equipe pronta para ensinar e apoiar seu desenvolvimento. Nosso propósito é garantir uma gestão de pessoas segura, correta e humana, cuidando de cada detalhe da jornada do colaborador.

  • Apoiar no cadastro e atualização de dados de colaboradores
  • Auxiliar no controle de ponto, faltas, atrasos e banco de horas
  • Dar suporte no processo de admissão e desligamento
  • Organizar documentos e arquivos de DP (físicos e digitais)
  • Apoiar no fechamento de folha de pagamento junto ao time
  • Auxiliar na rotina de benefícios (vale-transporte, vale-refeição etc.)
  • Atender dúvidas de colaboradores sobre rotinas de DP

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em Departamento Pessoal ou área administrativa (estágio ou CLT)
  • Conhecimento básico de rotinas de DP (ponto, admissão, férias, rescisão)
  • Ensino médio completo (desejável técnico ou cursando superior em RH, Administração ou áreas afins)
  • Domínio básico de Excel e sistemas de folha/ponto
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e sigilo com informações
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com sistemas de folha de pagamento (ex.: Domínio, Folha, Protheus, RM, etc.)
  • Curso na área de DP/RH (eSocial, legislação trabalhista, folha)
  • Vivência em escritório contábil ou em empresas com grande volume de colaboradores
  • Facilidade para atendimento interno e boa comunicação
