Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) em Segurança do Trabalho com ênfase em gestão, para atuar no planejamento, controle e acompanhamento dos processos de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho. O profissional será responsável pela gestão da documentação legal, auditoria e controle da documentação relacionada às Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e aos Requisitos de Atividades Críticas (RAC Vale), monitoramento de indicadores, acompanhamento dos programas de SST, suporte às equipes operacionais e garantia do cumprimento das normas e da legislação vigente, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos e o fortalecimento da cultura de segurança da empresa.

  • Realizar inspeções e auditorias em campo, identificando riscos e garantindo o cumprimento das normas de segurança;
  • Fiscalizar o uso adequado de EPIs e EPCs, orientando colaboradores sobre práticas seguras;
  • Elaborar e controlar documentos de SST, como PGR, PTs, relatórios técnicos e demais registros legais;
  • Conduzir DDS, treinamentos e ações de conscientização;
  • Investigar acidentes e propor medidas preventivas e corretivas;
  • Apoiar a gestão de terceiros e a implantação de processos de segurança.

Horário de trabalho: De segunda a sexta-feira, das 07:00 às 16:48.

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho concluído;
  • Registro ativo no conselho da categoria;
  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos na função;
  • CNH categoria B;
  • Domínio das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs);
  • Conhecimento em higiene ocupacional e gestão de riscos;
  • Experiência na gestão e auditoria de documentação legal de SST para atendimento aos requisitos das NRs e RAC Vale;
  • Vivência em processos de auditoria e fiscalização documental em contratos da Vale será considerada um diferencial.
  • Vale-refeição de R$ 1.500,00;
  • Vale-alimentação de R$ 150,00;
  • Convênio médico e odontológico sem coparticipação;
  • Seguro de vida;
  • Participação nos Lucros (PLR).
