Buscamos um Técnico de Segurança Pleno para fortalecer nossa cultura de prevenção, garantindo um ambiente de trabalho seguro, em uma empresa sólida, em crescimento e com processos estruturados. Aqui, sua voz técnica é ouvida e suas ideias viram prática.

  • Realizar inspeções de segurança em áreas operacionais e administrativas.
  • Elaborar, implementar e acompanhar programas de prevenção de riscos.
  • Investigar acidentes, incidentes e quase acidentes, propondo ações corretivas.
  • Conduzir treinamentos, diálogos de segurança e campanhas educativas.
  • Atualizar e controlar documentação de SST conforme legislação vigente.
  • Apoiar CIPA, brigada de emergência e demais comissões internas.
  • Interagir com órgãos fiscalizadores e apoiar auditorias internas/externas.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Formação técnica completa em Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Experiência prévia como Técnico de Segurança em ambiente industrial, logístico ou similar.
  • Conhecimento prático em NR’s, PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT e gestão de EPI/EPC.
  • Vivência com investigação de acidentes, análise de riscos e planos de ação.
  • Domínio de ferramentas básicas de informática (pacote Office ou similar).
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com sistemas de gestão .
  • Atuação em projetos de cultura de segurança ou programas de comportamento seguro.
  • Facilidade de comunicação para conduzir treinamentos e diálogos de segurança.
