About the position

We are looking for an exceptional, driven, and candidate-centric Recruiter to join our team in Los Altos, CA. You will lead the full hiring lifecycle, taking candidates from proactive sourcing and targeted outreach through interview coordination to the final offer stage.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Drive end-to-end recruiting across multiple business and R&D functions, delivering an engaging candidate journey.
  • Direct Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively map talent and engage top-tier passive candidates through creative channels and advanced search techniques.
  • Screening & Pipeline Management: Conduct initial recruiter screens, assess culture/skill alignment and ensure swift pipeline progression.
  • Candidate Experience: Serve as the brand ambassador, ensuring white-glove communication, transparency and timely feedback at every touchpoint.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to define role profiles, align expectations and calibrate pipelines.
  • Offer Closing: Drive the closing process, including presenting offers, addressing candidate questions, and driving successful acceptances.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance) to optimize hiring speed and quality.
  • People & Operations Support: Support early-stage People Operations initiatives, including onboarding workflows and employer branding efforts.

Requirements

  • Recruiting Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2-3 years inside a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Proven track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates for complex and technical roles using modern ATS and sourcing tools.
  • Startup Agility & Ownership: High sense of ownership, bias for action, and comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Execution & Prioritization: Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple high-priority pipelines simultaneously.
  • Communication & Storytelling: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to sell a startup’s vision and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Discretion & Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive compensation and organizational data with strict confidentiality.
  • Flexibility & Availability: Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones (occasional early mornings/evenings) to sync with international teams.
  • Location: Ability to work on-site 5 days a week at our offices in Los Altos.
