The posting

Make is the platform to manage all your automations and AI agents in one visual landscape – for teams driving business impact without relying on developers. Part of Celonis, a global leader in process intelligence recognized on the Forbes Cloud 100 for seven consecutive years, we're headquartered in Prague, Czechia, with hubs in Madrid, Munich, Raleigh, and Pristina, and teams across the UK, France, India, and the Netherlands, among other locations.

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Product Manager to lead the team that owns where Make keeps what a company knows.

That is two products. Make Knowledge connects a company's documents, policies, and procedures so that people and AI agents can find the right answer — and see where it came from.

Make Tables is our database product, being rebuilt from the ground up so that anyone can store and work with business data without writing code. Together they are what every automation, every AI agent, and every person working in Make relies on to get the facts right. As companies hand more of their work to AI, the hard part is no longer building something — it is trusting what it did. This role owns the products that make that trust possible.

What you'll do:

  • Shape the product strategy and roadmap for Knowledge and Tables as one connected product, so that people, automations, and AI agents all work from the same trusted information.
  • Take Make Knowledge from its current closed Beta to general availability — validating with real customer teams that it solves a problem worth paying for, prioritizing the integrations that matter most, and landing how we package and price it.
  • Lead the rebuild of Make Tables, turning a decade-old, developer-oriented data store into a database that non-technical customers choose on its merits — while protecting the customers already running on it through the migration.
  • Make search quality something we measure and prove rather than something we claim. Define what a good answer looks like, build the testing to show it, and hold that bar as the underlying technology keeps changing.
  • Make both products safe for large companies to adopt: who can see what, where every piece of information came from, and what changed. This is what turns a promising tool into something an enterprise will actually deploy.
  • Make every capability available through an API first, so that the AI assistants our customers already use can work with it, not only Make's own screens.
  • Collaborate with an Engineering Manager and a Product Designer to drive discovery, experimentation, and delivery. Partner with product marketing, research, and the teams building on top of these products to maintain strong alignment across the company.
  • Champion the customer perspective by running your own discovery and turning what you learn into clear, actionable product decisions.
  • Leverage AI tools to explore ideas, accelerate discovery, and improve how your team builds and communicates.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role, with a proven track record of leading technical products that scaled for growing and enterprise customers.
  • Depth in either search and retrieval — including AI search and RAG — or data and database products, with genuine curiosity about the other. We do not expect both; we do expect you to have gone deep somewhere.
  • Technical judgment you can defend. Your assertions about architecture and trade-offs get acted on, so we are looking for someone who arrives with a view rather than deferring every call to engineering.
  • A habit of talking to customers yourself, and examples of what changed as a result.
  • Comfortable and current with AI tools, with something you have personally built or automated in the last few months that you can walk us through.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative, with exceptional communication skills — able to bridge technical depth and business impact, speak up, and convince people through compelling arguments and data.
  • Excellent written and verbal fluency in English.
  • Any of the following is a plus: knowledge management or context and memory products for AI agents, MCP, low-code/no-code automation platforms, or multi-tenant and permission models for enterprise customers.

What we offer:

  • 📈 RSUs grant in a rapidly growing company raising its value every day
  • 💸 Annual bonus
  • 🌎 Multinational team with 42 nationalities creating the future of automation
  • 🎓 Learning & Development plan (online language, professional courses, conference tickets and other trainings) & 2 Company Learning Days per year
  • 🌳 3 Company Impact Days per year
  • 🍎 Notebook/Macbook and 34'' curved monitor
  • 🏝 25 days of vacation, 4 sick days, company day off on 31st December

  • 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Extra parental vacation (3-6 months)
  • 👶 RSUs grant for a newborn child

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
