Para este cargo sua missão será elaborar planos de manutenção e realizar manutenções de motores, sistemas e partes de veículos automotores.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Selecionar e utilizar adequadamente as ferramentas manuais necessárias ao desempenho da função; Fazer a leitura e utilizar adequadamente instrumentos de medição tais como: escala, trena, paquímetro, manômetro, calibrador de lâminas, taquímetro e multímetro;

Executar serviços de ajustagem, reparação, regulagem, desmontagem e montagem de peças e componentes; Executar as trocas de óleo, filtros e lubrificação dos veículos e equipamentos; Executar a manutenção dos sistemas de freios, no que se refere a substituição de lonas e cuícas de freio, cilindros de freio, tambores de freio e regulagem do sistema; Executar a limpeza necessária aos serviços de manutenção mecânica; Executar a manutenção do sistema de direção dos veículos e equipamentos no que se refere a retirada e instalação dos seus componentes, tais como: caixa de direção, barras de direção e terminais de direção; Executar a manutenção em sistemas hidráulicos. Identificar mau funcionamento, desmontar e montar componentes, substituir vedações e mangueiras e regular pressões; Realizar a retirada e instalação de componentes, tais como: mangueiras, cilindros hidráulicos, válvulas, bombas e motores; Executar a manutenção de motores diesel e a gasolina no que se refere a substituição de óleo, filtros, fluido de arrefecimento e correção de vazamentos; Detectar, diagnosticar e corrigir condições anormais de funcionamento nos veículos e equipamentos; Registrar as atividades de manutenção realizadas nas respectivas Ordens de Manutenção Preventiva e Corretiva; Operar equipamentos tipo prensa, serras, furadeira de bancada, policorte e esmeril de bancada e lixadeira, quando habilitado; Executar a manutenção dos sistemas pneumático dos veículos e equipamentos; Executar a manutenção do sistema de suspensão dos veículos e equipamentos no que se refere a retirada e instalação dos seus componentes, tais como: molas, amortecedores, batedores, coxins e amortecedores; Executar a manutenção do sistema elétrico dos veículos e equipamentos no que se refere a substituição de lentes das lanternas, lâmpadas e fusíveis; Executar reparo e substituir componente do motor diesel Realizar diagnostico e reparo de bomba e bicos Realizar regulagem de válvulas e componente do motor diesel Executar a manutenção do sistema de transmissão dos veículos e equipamentos no que se refere a retirada e instalação dos seus componentes, tais como: embreagem, caixa de marcha, transmissão automática, eixos cardans, caixas de redução, caixas de transferência, diferenciais e cubos redutores; Executar manutenção de mancais de rolamento e deslizamento; Realizar a instalação e desinstalação de pneus.Executar manutenção de mancais de rolamento e deslizamento;

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino médio completo;Experiência de 02 anos na área de atuação ou correlatas, preferencialmente em empresas de engenharia ou transporte;

Possuir habilitação de trânsito categoria B;

Conhecimento em Sistemas Hidráulicos e Pneumáticos;

Conhecimento em Leitura e Interpretação de Esquemas Elétricos, Pneumáticos e Hidráulicos.
