Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. This is a front-line revenue role focused on generating and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and building a strong sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proactive mindset, eager to build a career in B2B SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify key decision-makers and understand business needs
  • Qualify leads based on ICP and buying intent
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture and move them through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead generation strategies
  • Support onboarding and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Consistently meet daily/weekly outreach and monthly pipeline targets

Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • High energy, resilience, and target-driven mindset
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products and sales funnels
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
