About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Lead to support a GTM team that is scaling hotel partnerships globally. Working closely with a Senior Enablement Program Manager, you will develop and deliver training programs, maintain the resources field teams rely on every day, and strengthen the learning technology that supports them. This role suits someone who works well in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership, and can make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the Salesforce resource library for field teams and their managers, including step-by-step process guides, quick reference guides, job aids, and short live sessions.
  • Track changes in the Salesforce environment and update every affected resource before workflow changes reach the team.
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators and operations colleagues to stay ahead of upcoming releases.
  • Support enablement for major tooling and process launches, often with fast turnarounds and evolving requirements.
  • Build role-based resources for Market Managers, Market Associates, and Account Executives, including pitch narratives, talking points, playbooks, objection handling, certifications, and mock calls.
  • Help administer the new hire onboarding program, including access requests, toolkit updates, scheduling, and follow-through across several teams.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning and development, or sales operations, including at least 3 years enabling a sales team on Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce: you can navigate an org, understand how objects, fields, record types, and stages relate, read a report, and explain how a proposed change will affect documentation.
  • Proven ability to create just-in-time content such as one-pagers, quick reference guides, short videos, and in-tool guidance.
  • Hands-on experience with a course authoring tool such as Articulate, and with a content platform such as Highspot for publishing, organizing, managing access, and tracking usage.
  • Experience running programs end to end with a high degree of independence.
  • Thoughtful use of AI tools to work faster, paired with sound judgment and an interest in experimenting and scaling what works.
  • Comfort with Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, Airtable, and Looker.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset: when you spot a problem, you bring ideas to fix it.
  • Two or three work samples submitted with your application, ideally including one that explains a system change.

Preferred:

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or marketplace businesses.
  • Experience with Highspot and Gong specifically.
  • Instructional design training, or a learning and development background at a SaaS or marketplace company.
  • Experience supporting teams across multiple regions.

Key Details

  • Start Date: October 20, 2026
  • Duration: 6 months (through April 20, 2027)
  • Location: Remote (within the U.S.)
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Pay Rate: $78-$92/hour (based on experience) + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K)
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Engagement: W2 contract role through Maleda Tech.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
