The posting

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Localization Content Manager to lead the Spanish content strategy for Latin America and Spain, and the content pipelines for teams across a widely used DevOps platform. You will be the steward of the brand voice in international Spanish, building a hybrid approach with a shared pan-Hispanic core voice and tone. You will advise on content governance and market approach, and keep the brand consistent across a globally distributed team and multiple publishing workstreams. This is a key role in the company's growth strategy for Latin America and Spain, with highly visible projects that shape the developer and partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the content strategy for the market with regional stakeholders, with particular emphasis on organic traffic and search optimization (SEO)
  • Manage the editorial calendar and report regularly on project status and performance to key stakeholders
  • Publish localized and original SEO-driven posts on the blog
  • Identify marketing gaps on the website and develop plans to close them
  • Oversee localized content for quality and terminology; define and promote the Spanish style guide and voice and tone, and work with the localization team to apply them consistently across localized content surfaces, which is key for generative AI capabilities
  • Run a regular cadence of experiments focused on improving conversions, adoption, and growth
  • Identify, develop, and implement content opportunities across channels, backed by timely and informative reporting
  • Lead the work of outsourced suppliers and foster a collaborative environment for content development
  • Work with regional executive management as needed to coordinate efforts across local and global teams
  • Take part in market research and develop ideas to improve the impact of content on funnel performance
  • Help coordinate freelance translators and writers to scale and support the program
  • Collaborate closely with English content teams to keep strategy aligned and processes followed

Qualifications

Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation, localization, and copywriting, especially in the tech industry
  • Experience with all components of interdepartmental localized collateral, including product, marketing, and support
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation and process efficiency
  • Experience working with Git, or a demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Experience with Google Analytics and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
  • Ability to manage the work of many suppliers, including copywriters, language service provider teams, and direct contractors
  • Experience overseeing the end-to-end in-language customer journey, with an eye toward user experience and business impact
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Native Spanish speaker with a demonstrated understanding of regional variations across Spain and Latin America
  • Deep understanding of the market, including local expectations and trends
  • Physically based in Latin America or Spain

Key Details

  • Start date: November 23, 2026
  • Duration: 1-year initial term, with long-term intent
  • Location: Remote, based in Spain or Latin America
  • Work schedule: 30-35 hours per week (subject to local labor law)
  • Pay rate: Based on location; shared during screening

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
