Wir suchen einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik / Digitalisierung / Prozessmanagement (ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche), der gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung unsere internen Abläufe digitalisiert, automatisiert und skalierbar macht.

Als direkte Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung hilfst du dabei, Prozesse in Marketing, Vertrieb, Backoffice und Baustellenorganisation zu strukturieren, zu standardisieren und mit modernen Tools und Automatisierungen abzubilden. Es geht nicht um klassische IT-Administration, sondern um praktische Prozessdigitalisierung im echten Unternehmensalltag.

Gehalt: 2.000 EUR brutto im Monat (Teilzeit - 20 Stunden pro Woche)

Die Stunden können nach Absprache flexibel gestaltet werden und lassen sich gut mit deinem Studium kombinieren.

Wir sind ein familiengeführter Premium-Malerbetrieb in 4. Generation (seit 1924) mit Fokus auf hochwertige Privatkundenprojekte, Renovierungen, Fassadenanstriche und Denkmalschutz.

Deine Aufgaben:

  1. Digitalisierung & Standardisierung von Prozessen
  • Prozesse in Marketing, Vertrieb, Backoffice und Baustellenorganisation aufnehmen, strukturieren und in klare Schritte übersetzen
  • Engpässe und Medienbrüche erkennen und Vorschläge zur Verbesserung erarbeiten
  • Abläufe so dokumentieren, dass sie von Mitarbeitern einfach nachvollzogen und ausgeführt werden können
  1. Aufbau von Automatisierungen & Workflows
  • Workflows mit Tools wie Zapier, Make, n8n o. Ä. aufbauen und optimieren
  • Automatisierte Benachrichtigungen, Statusupdates und Übergaben zwischen Abteilungen einrichten
  • Datenflüsse zwischen verschiedenen Systemen herstellen (z. B. CRM, Projektmanagement, DMS, Kommunikationstools)
  1. Arbeiten mit modernen SaaS-Tools & KI
  • Bestehende Tools strukturierter nutzen und neue Tools evaluieren, einrichten und testen
  • KI-Lösungen in ausgewählte Prozesse integrieren (z. B. Textbausteine, Dokumentenaufbereitung, Vorstrukturierung von Informationen)
  • Daten und Informationen so aufbereiten, dass sie für Entscheidungen schnell nutzbar sind
  1. Aufbau skalierbarer Systeme
  • Prozesse und Strukturen so mitdenken, dass sie später auch für mehrere Standorte / Unternehmen funktionieren
  • Standards, Vorlagen und Checklisten erstellen, die wiederverwendbar sind

Das bringst du mit

  • Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Data & Business, BWL mit Digital-Fokus oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Sehr strukturiertes, logisches Denken und starkes „Wenn-Dann“-Mindset
  • Gutes Prozessverständnis und wirtschaftliches Grundverständnis
  • Hohe Affinität für SaaS-Tools, Automatisierung und KI
  • Du kannst Abläufe von Anfang bis Ende durchdenken und in klare Schritte übersetzen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Kein Problem damit, dich in neue Tools einzuarbeiten und Dinge auch mal selbst herauszufinden
  • Du musst nicht alles schon perfekt können – wichtiger sind: schnelle Auffassungsgabe Motivation Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen saubere, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
