Nous sommes à la recherche d’un avocat ou d’une avocate en droit transactionnel et commercial. Vous aurez un rôle crucial dans la protection des intérêts des clients. Votre expertise en droit des affaires sera indispensable pour accompagner nos clients dans les fusions et acquisitions, la négociation de contrats commerciaux et la structuration des accords de financement. Vous joindrez le bureau de votre choix parmi les suivants : Terrebonne, Bois-des-Filion, Saint-Eustache, Montréal, Saint-Hubert ou Saint-Jérôme. Négocier et élaborer des conventions d’achat d’actions et d’actifs Structurer et finaliser des accords de financement pour les transactions commerciales Participer à la vérification diligente et conseiller les clients sur les meilleures stratégies à adopter Avez-vous le profil recherché ?
