Profiel:

U bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, implementatie en opvolging van IT-projecten voor onze bestaande en nieuwe klanten in de sector van de ouderenzorg (woonzorgcentra) in België.

  • U definieert, samen met de klant en het Malta Belgium team, het project implementatieplan en bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van onze Titan Link oplossing.
  • U bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van de aan u toegewezen projecten en het controleren van scope, timing, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid op basis van een clear project management en te behalen projectdoelstellingen. Scope monitoring en wijzigingsverzoeken zijn een integraal onderdeel van uw rol.
  • U werkt samen met alle betrokken teams, bij de klant en intern, aan de voortdurende verbetering van onze methodologie in het kader van de specifieke vereisten van de projecten waarvoor u verantwoordelijk bent.
  • Je stimuleert, coördineert, motiveert en begeleidt alle medewerkers die bij het project betrokken zijn.
  • Als Project Manager beheer je het project en de voortgang, inclusief externe en interne rapportage, en beantwoord je de vragen aan de Customer Support Manager.
  • U zorgt voor de follow-up en de administratieve afhandeling van uw projecten.

Gewenst profiel:

  • U hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor- of masterdiploma en beschikt over praktische ervaring met de uitvoering van IT-projecten.
  • U hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met IT-projectmanagement, inclusief scope-, issue- en risicomanagement.
  • U bent tweetalig (Frans en Nederlands).
  • Uw overzicht over elk onderdeel van het project weerhoudt u er niet van aandacht te besteden aan elk detail.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • U kent uw doelstellingen, bent methodisch en weet uw prioriteiten te stellen
