Your mission

Diese Position ist vor Ort in Berlin – sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Start-ups werden von Menschen aufgebaut, die bereit sind, dort anzupacken, wo sie gerade am meisten gebraucht werden. Bei mama health suchen wir eine:n Werkstudent:in, der oder die genau darauf Lust hat.

Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Teams im gesamten Unternehmen an rechtlichen, regulatorischen und strategischen Themen. Dabei gleicht keine Woche der anderen: Du unterstützt beispielsweise bei der Prüfung von Verträgen, recherchierst zu regulatorischen und Compliance-Fragen, bereitest Analysen für strategische Entscheidungen vor oder sorgst dafür, dass unternehmensweite rechtliche Prozesse zuverlässig funktionieren.

Das ist keine passive Assistenzrolle. Du übernimmst vom ersten Tag an echte Verantwortung und erhältst die Möglichkeit, aus nächster Nähe mitzuerleben, wie ein AI-Start-up aufgebaut wird.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt das Unternehmen im operativen Tagesgeschäft bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Du hilfst bei der Prüfung, Erstellung und Verwaltung von Verträgen, insbesondere im Commercial Law Bereich.
  • Du recherchierst zu regulatorischen und Compliance-Themen und bereitest Analysen und Präsentationen dazu vor.
  • Du entwickelst interne rechtliche Prozesse weiter und trägst dazu bei, dass das Unternehmen effizient und rechtskonform arbeitet.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Projekte und identifizierst proaktiv Verbesserungspotenziale.

Your profile

  • Du bist aktuell in einem rechtswissenschaftlichen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang eingeschrieben.
  • Du kannst uns für etwa 20 Stunden pro Woche vor Ort in unserem Büro in Berlin-Kreuzberg unterstützen.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Du bist neugierig, arbeitest proaktiv und hast Lust darauf, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Du fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Start-up-Umfeld wohl, in dem sich Prioritäten schnell verändern können.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

Besonders freuen wir uns über

  • Erste Erfahrungen in einer Kanzlei oder Rechtsabteilung.
  • Interesse an AI, Healthcare und Technologie.
  • Interesse am Datenschutzrecht, insbesondere zur DSGVO, oder in der Gesundheitsregulierung.
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Zusammenhang mit internationaler Vertragsgestaltung
