We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Marketing Manager who knows how to take a brief and turn it into a well-executed marketing campaign.
You’ll see the full picture, from choosing the right channels and defining the assets needed to building timelines and making sure everything goes live on time and to brief.
You’ll coordinate multiple stakeholders, remove roadblocks, and own campaigns from the initial brief through launch.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of campaigns from planning through launch
- Translate briefs into clear 360° marketing plans
- Manage and coordinate all stakeholders involved in campaign execution
- Receive briefs from the Commercial team and refine the marketing objective
- Plan campaign deployment across multiple channels
- Define the assets required for each channel
- Build timelines, workflows, and launch schedules
- Write briefs for Content, Design, and CRM teams
- Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Review deliverables, refine them, and ensure they answer the brief
- Integrate relevant AI tools into the marketing workflow
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, marketing, or a similar role, either in-house or at an advertising, social media, digital, or content agency
- Experience managing and executing multi-channel campaigns
- Ability to translate a brief into a clear, detailed, and actionable work plan
- Experience writing marketing briefs and coordinating multiple teams across multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong marketing judgment and the ability to identify, evaluate, and refine creative and marketing deliverables
- Strong project management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of social media, CRM, digital marketing, apps, and content
- Hands-on experience using and integrating AI tools

אנחנו מחפשים מנהלת שיווק שיודעת לקחת בריף ולהפוך אותו למכונת שיווק משומנת.
את רואה את התמונה המלאה- באילו ערוצים נכון לפעול, אילו נכסים נדרשים, מה צריך לקרות ומתי, ואיך לחבר בין כל החלקים לכדי תוכנית עבודה ברורה ומדויקת.
את יודעת לקחת רעיון ולהפוך אותו לתוכנית עבודה, להפעיל ולתאם את כל הגורמים המעורבים, לפתור חסמים בזמן אמת ולוודא שכל חלקי הקמפיין מתחברים ועולים בזמן ובהתאם לבריף. בתפקיד הזה תהיה לך אחריות מלאה על הקמפיין, משלב הרעיון ועד שהוא באוויר.

- תרגום בריפים לתוכניות שיווק 360° ברורות ומעשיות
- ניהול ותיאום של כלל הממשקים המעורבים בביצוע הקמפיינים
- קבלת בריפים מצוות הסחר וחידוד המטרה השיווקית
- ניהול מספר קמפיינים במקביל ותעדוף משימות בהתאם לצורך
- תכנון פריסת הקמפיינים בערוצים השונים
- הגדרת הנכסים הנדרשים לכל ערוץ
- בניית לוחות זמנים, תהליכי עבודה ותוכנית עלייה לאוויר
- כתיבת בריפים לצוותי תוכן, עיצוב ולמערכות שיווק ללקוחות
- מעקב אחר התקדמות המשימות ועמידה בלוחות הזמנים
- מעבר על תוצרים, דיוק שלהם ובדיקה שהם עונים על הבריף והמטרה השיווקית
- שילוב כלי בינה מלאכותית רלוונטיים בתהליכי העבודה

- את יודעת לקחת בריף ולהפוך אותו לתוכנית עבודה ברורה, מסודרת ומעשית
- ניסיון בכתיבת בריפים, עבודה מול מספר צוותים וקמפיינים במקביל
- יש לך שיקול דעת שיווקי ויכולת לזהות, לבחון ולדייק תוצרים שיווקיים וקריאייטיביים
- יכולות ניהול מספר פרויקטים במקביל ועמידה בלוחות זמנים צפופים
- תקשורת בין-אישית מצוינת, יכולת גבוהה של סדר וארגון ותשומת לב לפרטים
- היכרות טובה עם סושיאל, מערכות שיווק לקוחות, דיגיטל, אפליקציות ותוכן
- ניסיון מעשי בהטמעה ושימוש בכלי בינה מלאכותית בתהליכי העבודה
