岗位职责: 1.负责感知模块中模型融合与后处理，针对不同传感器输出进行优化与数据融合，提升系统的鲁棒性与稳定性 ； 2.设计并实现基于激光雷达、相机、毫米波雷达、超声波雷达等多源传感器的融合算法 ； 3.搭建多传感器融合数据集与算法评估体系，推动感知能力的量化评估与持续迭代。

任职要求: 1.硕士及以上学历，3年以上工作经验； 2.熟悉ROS系统，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础，熟练掌握 C++ 编程 ； 3.拥有 LiDAR、Camera、Radar 等传感器实际使用经验者优先 ； 4.有感知模型训练经验，熟悉感知模型部署，有感知框架调度经验优先 ； 5.熟悉 OpenCV、Eigen、PCL、CyberRT 等工具/框架者优先。
