Execução de testes remotamente e triagem inicial para detecção de possíveis falhas. Abertura e acompanhamento de chamados, registro de informações nos sistemas, posicionar clientes sobre a evolução dos chamados de recuperação. Promover interface entre clientes e áreas técnicas. Escalonar recorrências gerenciais das áreas técnicas para celeridade na resolução dos chamados. Realizar atendimento receptivo e ativo com o cliente; Registrar ticket e mantê-lo atualizado sobre o andamento do processo de recuperação; Realizar atendimentos relacionados ao Suporte tais como troubleshooting, coletar informações detalhadas sobre os problemas enfrentados pelos clientes e diagnosticar a natureza dos problemas, com foco em redes, telecomunicações, roteadores e switches. Participar de sala de conferência; Promover a liberação de acesso às dependências do cliente quando necessário;
