Resumo do Cargo:

Responsável por desenvolver habilidades comerciais e operacionais no PDV, apoiando a execução das estratégias da Nestlé no canal indireto. Sua missão será garantir a excelência na exposição dos produtos, o relacionamento com os clientes e o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas.

Como será o seu dia a dia:

  • Auxiliar na execução das atividades de vendas em clientes do varejo e atacado conforme o roteiro e diretrizes da Nestlé;
  • Realizar visitas a pontos de venda para verificar estoque, reposição e posicionamento de produtos;
  • Apoiar o controle e acompanhamento de metas, campanhas e promoções;
  • Contribuir para o aumento da visibilidade e giro dos produtos Nestlé nos pontos de venda;
  • Participar de treinamentos e capacitações voltados ao desenvolvimento das competências técnicas e comportamentais da função;
  • Coletar informações de mercado e da concorrência e repassar aos supervisores;
  • Apoiar a negociação de espaços e implementação de materiais de merchandising;
  • Treinar novos colaboradores;
  • Atender rotas vagas.

O que esperamos de você:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • CNH categoria B;
  • Possuir veículo próprio;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e deslocamentos diários;
  • Facilidade com tecnologia e uso de aplicativos de vendas;
  • Experiência prévia com vendas ou atendimento ao cliente.
