Resumo do Cargo:

Responsável por atender e desenvolver a carteira de clientes, garantindo a execução das estratégias comerciais da Nestlé no ponto de venda. Atua de forma consultiva, buscando o aumento de vendas, a visibilidade das marcas e a fidelização dos clientes.

Como será o seu dia a dia:

  • Prospectar e realizar visitas periódicas aos clientes do varejo conforme roteiro de atendimento;
  • Executar o plano de vendas e garantir a distribuição dos produtos Nestlé no ponto de venda;
  • Negociar volumes, condições comerciais e ações promocionais;
  • Assegurar a correta exposição dos produtos, seguindo os padrões de merchandising e layout definidos;
  • Acompanhar e reportar resultados de vendas, rupturas e oportunidades de negócio;
  • Implementar campanhas e materiais de visibilidade no PDV;
  • Prospectar novos clientes;
  • Manter relacionamento próximo e de confiança com os clientes;
  • Participar de reuniões matinais.
