About The Role

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week

Number of positions: 1

Start Date: 4th January 2027

Salary: £23,460 per annum

As our Reprographics and Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Academy.

You will provide a high-quality reprographics service, producing professional printed and digital resources for staff, managing display materials, and helping to create an engaging learning environment across the school.

Alongside reprographics responsibilities, you will provide administrative and reception support, acting as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors, staff, students and parents while ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with colleagues across the Academy, supporting events, maintaining accurate records, assisting with educational visits and helping to ensure administrative systems operate efficiently.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and contribute positively to the Academy's vision, values and commitment to providing an outstanding experience for students, staff and the wider community.

About the Candidate

You will be an organised and enthusiastic administrator with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards of work. Confident in using Microsoft 365 applications and office equipment, you will have experience working in an administrative or customer-focused environment and be able to manage competing priorities effectively.

With strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner, you will enjoy supporting a wide range of people and building positive working relationships.

You will be a flexible team player who can work independently, use initiative and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Experience within a school setting, reprographics, display creation or education-based systems such as SIMS, Arbor, ParentPay or EduLink would be advantageous, although not essential.

Most importantly, you will share our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and be passionate about contributing to a positive and supportive school environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
