Descripción del puesto

Objetivo del puesto: Coordinar e implementar la gestión de personas de Azerta Perú, asegurando una experiencia cercana, ordenada y eficiente durante todo el ciclo laboral de los colaboradores, adaptando las políticas corporativas a la realidad y normativa local en articulación con la Gerencia General de Perú y la Gerencia de Personas y Operaciones de Chile.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Gestión integral de los procesos de reclutamiento, selección, contratación e inducción del personal.
  • Atención y orientación continua a los colaboradores en consultas laborales, administrativas y de beneficios.
  • Mantenimiento de expedientes, contratos, registros de vacaciones y novedades para el procesamiento de planilla.
  • Coordinación de los procesos de salida, entrevistas de desvinculación y cumplimiento de trámites laborales y legales.
  • Implementación de las evaluaciones de desempeño, encuestas de clima, actividades de capacitación y acciones de desarrollo organizacional.
  • Apoyo en la gestión de compensaciones, bandas salariales, análisis presupuestarios y reportes de indicadores de gestión humana.
  • Adaptación e implementación local de las políticas y estrategias de personas definidas a nivel corporativo.
  • Coordinación con áreas administrativas, contables y de soporte para asegurar una óptima experiencia y entorno de trabajo.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller o titulado en Psicología, RRHH, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
  • Desde 4 años de experiencia en gestión de personas (selección, administración y desarrollo organizacional)
  • Dominio de legislación laboral peruana, administración de personal, EPS y coordinación de planillas.
  • Experiencia implementando inducción, evaluación del desempeño y clima organizacional.
  • Nociones de costos laborales, presupuestos y compensaciones.
  • Manejo de BUK u otros softwares de gestión humana (deseable).
  • Experiencia previa en empresas de consultoría, servicios profesionales o estructuras regionales (deseable).
  • Afinidad por la tecnología, automatización de procesos y People Analytics.
