Objetivo del puesto

Garantizar el control eficiente de costos, presupuestos y gestión de cambios en una cartera simultánea de proyectos del sector industrial. Liderará el monitoreo de desviaciones, la implementación de software de gestión y la presentación de dashboards financieros en Power BI para la toma de decisiones gerenciales y reporte directo a la casa matriz en Alemania.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Elaborar y actualizar presupuestos de control, forecast y estimaciones a término (EAC) de 2 a 4 proyectos simultáneos.
  • Monitorear costos reales, desviaciones y valor ganado (EVM: CPI/SPI) para proyectar flujos de caja e impactos.
  • Gestionar el ciclo integral de cambios (cuantificación de impactos, log de cambios, notas y órdenes de cambio).
  • Consolidar la información de avance físico, costos e interfaces operativas de múltiples contratistas.
  • Liderar la implementación y configuración del software de control de proyectos con el proveedor tecnológico.
  • Diseñar y gestionar dashboards e indicadores clave en Power BI para reportes ejecutivos.
  • Elaborar informes financieros y de gestión para la Alta Gerencia y la casa matriz en Alemania.
  • Liderar reuniones de seguimiento de costos, riesgos y cambios con las disciplinas involucradas.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller o Titulado en Ingeniería Industrial, Telecomunicaciones, Civil o afines.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en control de proyectos, costos, forecast y gestión de cambios en infraestructura o telecomunicaciones.
  • Experiencia previa gestionando de 2 a 4 proyectos en simultáneo en sectores de Telecomunicaciones, Industrial o Minería.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (indispensable) para reportar a la casa matriz en Alemania.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel y Power BI e implementación/manejo de software o ERPs de gestión de proyectos.
  • Sólida experiencia en control presupuestal, Cash Management (flujo de dinero) y gestión de contratistas.
  • Deseable: Certificaciones o especializaciones en gestión de proyectos (PMI/AACE), colegiatura y conocimientos en Obras por Impuestos.
