  • Elaborar y ejecutar el plan anual de ventas para el mercado peruano.
  • ⁠Realizar el seguimiento del presupuesto de ventas y de los resultados comerciales.
  • ⁠Gestionar el cumplimiento de los márgenes esperados por zona y producto.
  • Desarrollar y fortalecer la relación comercial con distribuidores y clientes.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar nuevos clientes y distribuidores.
  • ⁠Diseñar planes de visita y cobertura comercial por zona geográfica.
  • ⁠Visitar clientes y acompañar la gestión comercial en campo.
  • ⁠Promover y supervisar la comercialización del portafolio de productos.
  • ⁠Proponer acciones comerciales y promocionales de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio.
  • ⁠Monitorear precios, condiciones comerciales y movimientos del mercado.
  • ⁠Desarrollar relaciones de largo plazo con veterinarios, distribuidores, productores y demás actores relevantes del mercado.
  • ⁠Coordinar charlas técnicas y actividades promocionales con clientes.
  • ⁠Liderar y coordinar al equipo comercial, de acuerdo con la evolución de la estructura en Perú.

Requisitos

  • Formación en Medicina Veterinaria, Zootecnia, Ingeniería Agrónoma o carreras afines (no excluyente)
  • Experiencia sólida en posiciones comerciales, idealmente en venta consultiva y/o comercialización en salud animal, industria veterinaria o negocios relacionados.
  • ⁠2 a 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
  • ⁠Contar con licencia de conducir.
  • ⁠Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial, con trabajo de campo y viajes al interior del país.
