Job Description

  • Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
  • Plan material requirements and monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability.
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Monitor production progress, WIP and material shortages, and resolve issues to minimize delays.
  • Review production capacity and allocate resources to optimize production efficiency.
  • Prepare production reports and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Maintain accurate production planning records and ERP system data.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Supply Chain Management
  • at least 2 years or more of planning experience
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good analysis skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Independent and proactive
  • SAP/ MRP knowledge is an added advantage
