Porsche Princeton is seeking one exceptional Porsche Gold or Silver Certified Technician to join our growing, family-owned dealership. Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work efficiently and accurately in accordance with Porsche and dealership standards.
- Complete work specified on repair orders while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and documentation.
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and related components.
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools.
- Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and procedures.
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding required repairs, additional service recommendations, and estimated completion times.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and contribute to an efficient team environment.
- Stay current on Porsche technology, repair procedures, service campaigns, and technical training.
Qualifications
- Porsche Gold or Silver Certification strongly preferred.
- Porsche experience is required; Porsche Bronze Certified Technicians are encouraged to apply.
- Audi or Volkswagen dealership technician experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive service technician experience.
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, engine repair, and drivability skills.
- ASE certifications preferred; advanced ASE credentials are a plus.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and learn new repair technologies, procedures, and specifications.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Team-oriented mindset with the drive to earn, grow, and advance.
