Nosso time está em expansão e buscamos um(a) Assistente Comercial com energia comercial e orientado a resultados para atuar na qualificação de novos negócios e na prospecção de leads, com foco em pequenas transportadoras. Se você possui vivência em vendas, boa comunicação, e pró atividade essa oportunidade é para você.

Principais Atividades:

Conduzir atendimentos 100% digital, principalmente por whatsapp (texto e voz); Atualizar e organizar informações no CRM, garantindo o correto acompanhamento das oportunidades; Validar as dores dos leads recebidos; Esclarecer dúvida dos leads quanto aos serviços prestados; Apoio na escolha do plano mais adequado para o perfil do lead; Realizar a passagem estruturada para o time de operação; Realizar o follow-up de leads e contactar potenciais clientes previamente triados;

Boa comunicação e capacidade de negociação Experiência com pré-vendas ou vendas consultivas Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas (SPIN Selling, vendas consultivas, etc.) Organização para conduzir múltiplos leads simultaneamente;
