Daar maak jij het verschil. Jij zorgt dat onderdelen op tijd binnenkomen, worden verwerkt en als perfect eindproduct weer de deur uitgaan. Precisie begint hier.

Zo werk je aan betekenisvolle verandering in de zorg

Als Technisch Productie Specialist (ZZP) bij Manometric ben je een onmisbare schakel in het hart van onze werkplaats. Van assembleren en lijmen tot kwaliteitscontrole en voorraadbeheer: dankzij jouw werk kunnen therapeuten, technici en ontwerpers zich focussen op waar het echt om draait. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's in productie, logistiek en engineering onder leiding van Nick, onze Head of Production. Samen tillen jullie onze processen naar een hoger niveau.

Op korte termijn leer je onze materialen, producten en processen kennen. Je werkt met je handen en zorgt dat elke orthese met zorg wordt gemaakt. Je stemt dagelijks af in de ochtend, communiceert via Slack en werkt samen met een klein, betrokken team van vaste krachten en flexers om de planning te halen. Op de lange termijn kun je doorgroeien naar de rol van Daily Chief: verantwoordelijk voor de dagoutput, de planning en de afstemming met andere teams binnen Manometric.

Dit ga je doen

  • Zorgen voor tijdige levering en verwerking van onderdelen
  • In- en uitpakken, sorteren en administreren van onderdelen in Odoo (Ons ERP systeem)
  • Assembleren van ortheses: onderdelen verlijmen en werken met de naaimachine
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles samen met het team
  • Beheren van voorraad en overzicht houden over materialen
  • Dagelijks afstemmen met collega's over prioriteiten en planning
  • Meedenken over het verbeteren en stroomlijnen van productieprocessen
  • (Later) doorgroeien naar Daily Chief met volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor dagoutput en coördinatie

Wat jij meebrengt

We zoeken een gedreven, nauwkeurige technisch specialist die energie krijgt van werken met zijn handen, van orde scheppen in de chaos, en van zien wat je maakt. Jij:

  • Bent handig met je handen: lijmen, naaien of assembleren
  • Werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig én houdt van samenwerken
  • Bent sociaal en hulpgericht
  • Hebt een creatieve of technische achtergrond (mooi meegenomen)
  • Krijgt energie van een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteit voorop staat
  • Bent beschikbaar voor 2 tot 3 dagen per week op locatie in Leidschendam
  • Werkt als zzp'er
