Operations Planner Wanted for Staffing Agency

Are you highly organised, good with people, and able to keep a cool head when the phone rings and the plan suddenly changes?

We are looking for an engaged and structured Operations Planner to play a central role in the day-to-day operations of our staffing agency.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our clients get the right temporary employees, in the right place, at the right time. You will therefore have close contact with both clients and temporary employees and play an important role in ensuring that daily staffing requirements are met.

Your Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating shifts
  • Booking and assigning temporary employees
  • Communicating with clients about their staffing needs
  • Daily contact with temporary employees by phone, email, and messaging
  • Handling sickness, cancellations, and last-minute changes
  • Following up on attendance and staffing
  • Maintaining shift schedules and information in our systems
  • Ensuring a high level of service for both clients and temporary employees
  • Continuously improving planning processes and workflows

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who can create structure in a working environment where things can change quickly.

You work independently, take responsibility, and are not afraid to pick up the phone and find a solution. At the same time, you understand that good communication and strong relationships are essential in the staffing industry.

Experience from a staffing agency, recruitment, workforce planning, shift scheduling, customer service, transportation, logistics, or other operational planning is an advantage. However, the most important thing is that you have the right drive, flexibility, and ability to maintain an overview.

  • Be a strong communicator with different types of people
  • Be able to make quick decisions and find solutions
  • Be comfortable using IT and digital planning systems
