Bij Manpower Talent Based Outsourcing (TBO) bieden we outsourcing- en contracting-opportuniteiten bij zowel internationale als nationale bedrijven. Als onze associate werk je op een project bij één van onze klanten. Deze projecten zijn van korte (minstens 3 maanden) tot zeer lange (meerdere jaren) duur. We specialiseren ons in de domeinen: Administration, Healthcare Support, Logistics & Automotive, Sales & Marketing.

Jobomschrijving

Voor een operationele site van een internationale klant zoeken we een Warehouse Coordinator met leiderschapspotentieel. Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand die klaar is om door te groeien naar een bredere leidinggevende rol en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zowel mensen als processen. Je bent een verbindende factor binnen de operatie, stimuleert een sterke veiligheidscultuur en zorgt ervoor dat de vooropgestelde doelstellingen op het vlak van service, kwaliteit en productiviteit worden behaald. Je vormt de schakel tussen de klant, de teamleaders en operatoren op de werkvloer. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de vloer, ondersteunt teams bij uitdagingen en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking efficiënt, veilig en volgens de afgesproken doelstellingen verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je coördineert en bewaakt de dagelijkse operationele werking van de site;
  • Je ondersteunt, coacht en begeleidt Team Leaders en operationele medewerkers (30-tal medewerkers);
  • Je volgt de personeels- en operationele planning op en stuurt bij waar nodig;
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en productiviteitsnormen;
  • Je neemt een actieve voorbeeldrol op inzake veiligheid, stimuleert een sterke veiligheidscultuur en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheidsprocedures en richtlijnen consequent worden nageleefd;
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor operationele vragen, incidenten en uitdagingen;
  • Je onderhoudt een goede samenwerking met de klant en zorgt voor een professionele opvolging van vragen en aandachtspunten;
  • Je detecteert verbeterkansen en neemt initiatief om processen en samenwerkingen verder te optimaliseren;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken worden nageleefd en dat de teams maximaal ondersteund worden in hun dagelijkse werking.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen logistiek, productie of een andere operationele omgeving;
  • Je hebt reeds eerste ervaring opgebouwd in een leidinggevende rol / teamleader;
  • Veiligheid zit in je DNA en je bent een voorbeeld voor anderen als het gaat om veilig werken;
  • Je hebt ervaring in een veeleisende omgeving waar prestaties, KPI's en resultaatgericht werken centraal staan;
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet cijfers en rapporteringen om te zetten in concrete acties;
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar verandering en dynamiek dagelijkse realiteit zijn;
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie, van operatoren en team leaders tot klant en management;
  • Je werkt graag met diverse teams en weet mensen met verschillende achtergronden te verbinden rond een gemeenschappelijk doel;
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen, bent besluitvaardig en weet op een constructieve manier om te gaan met uitdagingen en conflicten;
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld, houdt ervan om aanwezig te zijn op de werkvloer en neemt zelf initiatief wanneer nodig;
  • Je denkt in oplossingen, toont eigenaarschap en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op voor het behalen van resultaten
