Description:Manpower Permanent Placement is currently looking for a Human Resources Coordinator (M/F/X) to join a growing team within an international commercial company.• Contract: Permanent• Start Date: Immediate availability preferred• Location: Next to Luxembourg cityAs a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day HR operations and ensure the smooth management of administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR administrative activities and contribute to delivering efficient and high-quality employee experience.Key Responsibilities:• Manage employee lifecycle administration, from onboarding to offboarding.• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other administrative records.• Ensure employee files and HR databases are accurate and up to date.• Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and onboarding administration.• Assist with benefits administration and employee queries.• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.• Monitor absence records, leave requests, and other HR-related processes.• Support recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.• Prepare HR reports and assist with various HR projects as required.Profile:• Previous experience (3 years <a href="http://min.in" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">min.in</a> Luxembourg) in HR Administration, HR Operations, or a similar role • Good understanding of HR processes and employment administration.• Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment where priorities can change rapidly.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
