Description:Le cabinet de recrutement Manpower Luxembourg recherche un Ingénieur Études de Prix H/F en CDI pour le compte de l'un de ses clients, acteur incontournable du secteur de la construction et du génie civil, intervenant sur des projets majeurs en France et au Luxembourg.Dans le cadre de sa croissance, notre client renforce son pôle études afin d'accompagner le développement de projets variés en bâtiment, génie civil et ouvrages industriels complexes.Vos missions:Au sein du bureau d'études, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'élaboration des offres et la réussite des futurs projets :• Analyser les dossiers de consultation et étudier les pièces techniques des appels d'offres.• Réaliser les métrés et établir les estimations financières des opérations.• Chiffrer l'ensemble des postes de coûts : matériaux, main-d'œuvre, matériel, sous-traitance et prestations annexes.• Participer à des projets en conception-réalisation et proposer des solutions techniques optimisées.• Identifier des variantes techniques permettant d'améliorer la performance économique et opérationnelle des projets.• Rédiger les mémoires techniques et les offres technico-commerciales.• Participer à la présentation et à la défense des offres auprès des clients et maîtres d'ouvrage.• Consulter, comparer et négocier avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants afin d'optimiser les budgets.• Collaborer étroitement avec les architectes, bureaux d'études et partenaires externes.• Assurer la transmission des dossiers aux équipes travaux et garantir une parfaite continuité entre la phase études et la phase d'exécution.• Veiller à la cohérence technique, financière et contractuelle des propositions remises.Votre profil:• Formation supérieure de niveau Bac+2 à Bac+5 en bâtiment, travaux publics ou génie civil.• Expérience réussie d'au moins 5 ans en études de prix, idéalement au sein d'une entreprise générale.• Bonne connaissance des projets TCE (Tous Corps d'État).• Maîtrise des méthodes de chiffrage et de l'analyse de dossiers techniques complexes.• Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et autonomie.• Esprit d'analyse et capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément.• Aisance relationnelle et compétences en négociation.• Goût pour les environnements techniques exigeants et les projets à forte valeur ajoutée.Ce que notre client vous offre:• L'opportunité de rejoindre un groupe reconnu pour son expertise et la diversité de ses réalisations.• Des projets d'envergure à forte technicité.• Un environnement stimulant favorisant l'autonomie et la prise d'initiative.• De réelles perspectives d'évolution professionnelle.• Un poste stratégique au cœur du développement de l'entreprise.Prêt à relever le défi ?Vous souhaitez intégrer une structure dynamique, participer à des projets emblématiques et évoluer au sein d'équipes expertes ?Postulez dès maintenant en toute confidentialité.
