Description:Le cabinet de recrutement Manpower Luxembourg recherche un Ingénieur HVAC (H/F/X) en CDI pour le compte de l'un de ses clients, un acteur de référence dans le domaine de l'ingénierie et des techniques du bâtiment.Dans le cadre de projets ambitieux, vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de conception et de modélisation des installations techniques, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes projets et les différents intervenants.Vos responsabilités:• Participer aux études de faisabilité et à l'analyse des solutions techniques en collaboration avec les équipes de développement et de conception.• Concevoir et dimensionner les installations techniques du bâtiment (HVAC, sanitaire et électricité) dans le respect des normes et des exigences projets.• Réaliser les modélisations BIM sous Revit et assurer la mise à jour des maquettes numériques tout au long des projets.• Coordonner les modèles BIM et les plans techniques avec les architectes, ingénieurs et partenaires externes.• Contribuer aux études d'exécution et adapter les documents techniques en fonction des contraintes de chantier.• Élaborer les plans, cahiers des charges, dossiers d'appels d'offres et estimations budgétaires.• Garantir la conformité des études avec les réglementations en vigueur et assurer le suivi avec les organismes de contrôle.• Participer à l'amélioration continue des projets en proposant des solutions techniques innovantes et performantes.Votre profil:• Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur ou titulaire d'un diplôme en électromécanique, énergétique, construction ou équivalent.• Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 à 5 ans minimum dans un bureau d'études ou au sein d'un environnement lié aux techniques spéciales du bâtiment.• Vous maîtrisez Revit et les outils de modélisation BIM.• Vous possédez de solides connaissances en HVAC, sanitaire et électricité.• Vous connaissez les réglementations et normes techniques applicables au Luxembourg.• Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et d'un excellent esprit d'analyse.• Vous appréciez le travail en équipe tout en étant capable de gérer vos missions en autonomie.• Vous maîtrisez le français ; toute autre langue constitue un avantage.Pourquoi rejoindre cette entreprise ?• Des projets variés et à forte valeur technique.• Un environnement de travail collaboratif et innovant.• Une forte implication dans les méthodes BIM et les technologies du bâtiment.• De réelles perspectives d'évolution au sein d'une structure reconnue au Luxembourg.• Un cadre de travail stimulant, au cœur des enjeux de la construction durable.Intéressé(e) ?Vous souhaitez évoluer au sein d'un bureau d'études de premier plan et contribuer à des projets d'envergure au Luxembourg ?Postulez dès aujourd'hui en toute confidentialité.
