Description:As part of a recruitment assignment for one of our clients, a leading company in technical services and building maintenance in Luxembourg, Manpower Permanent Placement is looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F/X).You will join an international working environment and be responsible for the technical maintenance of a site located in Luxembourg.Your role:As a Maintenance Technician, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of the building's technical installations.Your main responsibilities will include:• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on technical installations;• Diagnosing technical issues and carrying out troubleshooting and repair work;• Working on equipment related to electrical systems, ventilation, air conditioning, heating and/or water treatment, depending on your technical expertise;• Monitoring the proper functioning of building equipment and technical installations;• Identifying and reporting technical issues and following up on interventions;• Organising your daily tasks with a high level of autonomy while collaborating with the team and other stakeholders on site.Your profile:• You have a technical qualification or degree in electricity, electrotechnics, electromechanics, HVAC or a related technical field;• You have previous experience in building maintenance, technical maintenance or facility services;• You have solid knowledge in one or more technical areas, such as electricity, HVAC, ventilation, heating, air conditioning or water treatment;• You are comfortable with both preventive maintenance and troubleshooting;• You are hands-on, proactive and able to work independently;• You have a minimum B2 level in English and are comfortable communicating in an international working environment;• A good command of French is also required.What can you expect?• A permanent position (CDI) in Luxembourg;• A varied technical role with a high degree of autonomy;• An international and professional working environment;• An attractive compensation package including a 13th-month salary, company car, annual bonus, 29 days of annual leave and meal vouchers;• Training and career development opportunities;• The opportunity to join a stable and well-established international organisation.Contact us:Interested in this opportunity?Send us your CV and let's discuss your experience, technical skills and career expectations.Your application will be treated with the strictest confidentiality by Manpower Permanent Placement.
