Description:Notre client est un acteur de référence dans les services techniques et la maintenance des bâtiments au Luxembourg. Dans le cadre d'un recrutement stratégique pour l'un de ses sites les plus sensibles, situé à Kirchberg, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien de maintenance HVAC Votre mission:En tant que Technicien de Maintenance HVAC, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement et la performance des installations de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation auprès d'une clientèle variée.Vos principales responsabilités seront de :• Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements HVAC.• Diagnostiquer les pannes et intervenir rapidement pour effectuer les dépannages nécessaires.• Contrôler, nettoyer et remplacer les filtres, échangeurs et autres composants des installations.• Garantir le respect des normes de sécurité et de qualité lors des interventions.• Rédiger les rapports d'intervention et assurer le suivi technique des équipements.• Contribuer à l'optimisation des performances énergétiques des installations.Votre profil:• Formation technique dans les domaines du chauffage, de la ventilation, de la climatisation ou de l'électromécanique.• Première expérience réussie en maintenance HVAC ou dans un environnement technique similaire.• Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de diagnostic.• Sens du service, autonomie et esprit d'équipe.Ce que notre client vous offre:• Un salaire attractif versé sur 13 mois.• Un bonus annuel basé sur les performances.• 29 jours de congés payés.• Des chèques-repas et un package d'avantages extra-légaux.• Un parcours d'intégration complet et un plan de formation personnalisé.• De réelles opportunités d'évolution au sein d'un groupe solide et reconnu.• Un environnement de travail bienveillant favorisant l'équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée.Intéressé(e) ?Vous souhaitez rejoindre une entreprise stable, innovante et tournée vers le développement de ses collaborateurs ?
