Nous recherchons un(e) Réceptionniste pour rejoindre une manufacture située à Genève. En tant que premier point de contact, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la qualité de l’accueil et veillerez à offrir à chaque visiteur une prise en charge fluide, personnalisée et attentionnée, conforme aux exigences d’un environnement haut de gamme.

Vos missions

Grâce à votre sens du service, votre aisance relationnelle et votre professionnalisme, vous contribuerez à créer une expérience positive dès les premiers échanges.

  • Accueillir et accompagner les visiteurs dès leur arrivée, en veillant à la qualité de leur prise en charge.
  • Identifier leurs besoins, leur fournir les renseignements nécessaires et les orienter vers les interlocuteurs appropriés.
  • Gérer le standard téléphonique, filtrer les appels et transmettre les messages avec précision.
  • Traiter les différentes demandes en tenant compte de leur nature et de leur degré d’urgence.
  • Préparer les accès des visiteurs et assurer la gestion ainsi que le suivi des badges.
  • Organiser les réservations de salles et coordonner les prestations liées à l’accueil.
  • Répondre aux courriels et tenir à jour les différents supports administratifs de la réception.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les services internes afin de garantir une circulation fluide des informations.
  • Apporter un soutien ponctuel lors de rencontres, de réceptions ou d’événements organisés par la manufacture.
  • Veiller au respect des consignes de sécurité et préserver la confidentialité des informations.
  • Proposer des pistes d’amélioration afin d’optimiser continuellement l’expérience des visiteurs.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation en hôtellerie, en commerce, dans le secteur aérien ou dans un domaine similaire.
  • Vous justifiez d’au moins trois années d’expérience dans une fonction d’accueil ou de service haut de gamme.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Vous disposez d’un très bon niveau d’anglais. La maîtrise d’une langue supplémentaire constitue un atout.
  • Vous utilisez avec aisance les outils informatiques et les logiciels bureautiques courants.
  • Vous appréciez le contact humain et savez adapter votre communication à des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Vous faites preuve de tact, de discrétion et de diplomatie, quelles que soient les circonstances.
  • Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs sollicitations simultanément, tout en maintenant une excellente qualité de service.
  • Votre sens de l’organisation, votre réactivité et votre souci du détail vous permettent d’assurer un suivi fiable.
  • Vous adoptez en toutes circonstances une attitude professionnelle et une présentation soignée.
  • Vous êtes disponible pour travailler sur différents sites dans le canton de Genève.
