The posting

We are looking for a customer-oriented Jewelry Advisor to provide professional consultation and deliver exceptional shopping experiences. The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery and luxury products while achieving sales targets and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service and professional product recommendations to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Understand customers' preferences and recommend suitable jewelry pieces and collections.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Assist customers with product enquiries, purchases, after-sales service, and product care advice.
  • Maintain attractive visual merchandising and product displays.
  • Handle cashiering, stock replenishment, and inventory checks when required.
  • Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
  • Support store events, promotions, and marketing activities.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and new collections.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N/O Levels, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, watches, cosmetics, or lifestyle products is advantageous.
  • Passion for customer service and sales.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
