Jobomschrijving

Als aankoper vrachtwagenonderdelen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van een aantal toegewezen leveranciers. Je fungeert als schakel tussen leveranciers, het verkoopteam en het magazijn:

  • Je behandelt prijsaanvragen die vanuit de verkoopafdeling worden doorgegeven.
  • Je zorgt voor het plaatsen en opvolgen van dagelijkse bestellingen.
  • Je verwerkt de orderbevestigingen en bewaakt de levertijden nauwkeurig.
  • Je behandelt eventuele claims en zorgt voor de correcte opvolging ervan.
  • Je controleert de binnenkomende aankoopfacturen op juistheid.
  • Je ondersteunt het magazijn en het artikelbeheer door het aanmaken van artikelreferenties en het bijhouden van stocklijsten.
  • Je draagt zorg voor een goede communicatie binnen het aankoopteam.
  • Je zorgt voor tijdige terugkoppeling richting het verkoopteam en magazijn.
  • Je voert aankoopgesprekken en onderhoudt duurzame relaties met de toegewezen leveranciers.
  • Je hebt minstens een bacheloropleiding afgerond.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels goed; kennis van Duits en Frans is een plus.
  • Je bent sterk in communicatie en administratieve taken.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt een goed begrip van aankoopprocessen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met anderen en toont flexibiliteit.
  • Je denkt proactief mee in oplossingen en hebt goede computervaardigheden, vooral met Excel en ERP-systemen.
