  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en bouwt mee aan sterke, langdurige relaties.
  • Je beheert klantendossiers van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat elke vraag snel, correct en professioneel wordt afgehandeld.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen. Dankzij jouw nieuwsgierigheid en initiatief vind je voor elke uitdaging de gepaste aanpak.
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende contacten, afdelingen en talen, waardoor je steeds de juiste informatie op het juiste moment weet te delen.
  • Samen met collega's van sales en logistiek zorg je voor een uitstekende klantenervaring van bestelling tot levering en service na verkoop.
  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring in customer service of sales support of met orderverwerking en je weet moeiteloos het overzicht te bewaren, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt en prioriteiten snel veranderen.
  • Je bent sterk in organiseren en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende dossiers, vragen en contactpersonen. Daarbij communiceer je steeds duidelijk, professioneel en doelgericht.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je voelt je goed in een dynamische werkomgeving waarin groei, verandering en nieuwe uitdagingen dagelijkse kost zijn. Je ziet kansen waar anderen verandering zien.
  • Samenwerken zit in je DNA. Je bouwt sterke relaties op met collega's en werkt vlot samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om tot het beste resultaat te komen.
  • Tot slot neem je graag initiatief en hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en gaat proactief aan de slag.
