Für ein international tätiges Unternehmen im Life-Science-Umfeld suchen wir eine engagierte und selbstständige Persönlichkeit zur Unterstützung eines Projektmanagement-Teams im Bereich Investitionsprojekte (CAPEX).

Jobtitel: Administrative Project Support / CAPEX Administration (m/w/d) 80-100%

Arbeitsort: Region Basel Pensum: 100% Anstellungsart: Temporär 3-6 Monate, evtl. Option auf Verlängerung Start: Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

​ Ihre Aufgaben -----------------

  • Administrative Unterstützung von Investitions- und Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Nachverfolgung von Rechnungen, Bestellungen und Zahlungsfreigaben
  • Pflege von Projekt-, Budget- und Controlling-Listen
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Purchase Requisitions und Purchase Orders
  • Koordination mit Finance, Procurement, Projektmanagern und Lieferanten
  • Überwachung von Budgets, Verpflichtungen und Projektkosten
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und korrekten Projektdokumentation
  • Nachverfolgung offener Pendenzen und Eskalation bei Abweichungen
  • Unterstützung bei Reporting- und Analyseaufgaben

Ihr Profil --------------

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im administrativen Support, Projekt- oder Finance-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Rechnungen, Bestellungen oder administrativen Finanzprozessen
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative
