Ihre Aufgaben: ##

  • Selbstständiges Vorbereiten, Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen unserer Produktionsanlagen in der Glasbearbeitung
  • Einstellen und Anpassen der Maschinen- und Prozessparameter sowie Durchführen der erforderlichen Produktionsfreigaben
  • Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses sowie Erkennung und Behebung von Störungen im Rahmen der eigenen Fachkompetenz
  • Überwachen und Wechseln von Werkzeugen sowie Bereitstellen der erforderlichen Materialien und Hilfsmittel
  • Durchführen und Dokumentieren der vorgegebenen Qualitäts- und Prozesskontrollen
  • Ausführen von Reinigungs-, Pflege- und einfachen Wartungsarbeiten an den Anlagen
  • Sicherstellen einer korrekten Produktions- und Prozessdokumentation
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Verbesserung von Qualität, Produktivität und Prozessstabilität

Ihr Profil: ##

  • Technische oder handwerkliche Grundausbildung; alternativ entsprechende Berufserfahrung als Anlageführer oder Maschinenbediener
  • Erfahrung im Bedienen und Überwachen von Produktionsanlagen, idealerweise in der mechanischen Glasbearbeitung
  • Gutes technisches und mechanisches Verständnis sowie handwerkliches Geschick
  • Fähigkeit, Zeichnungen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Produktionsunterlagen zu lesen und umzusetzen
  • Qualitätsbewusste, genaue und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
