Assistente HR Payroll & Amministrazione del Personale #

Per conto di una solida realtà aziendale del Canton Ticino, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Assistente HR Payroll & Amministrazione del Personale che, a diretto riporto della Direzione, si occupi della gestione amministrativa e operativa delle risorse umane.

La persona selezionata sarà il punto di riferimento interno per tutti i processi amministrativi HR, garantendo precisione, riservatezza e conformità alle normative svizzere

Responsabilità ##

  • Gestione amministrativa dell'intero ciclo di vita del collaboratore, dalla preparazione della documentazione di assunzione fino alla cessazione del rapporto di lavoro
  • Elaborazione mensile dei salari e verifica della correttezza dei dati retributivi
  • Monitoraggio e controllo delle presenze, assenze, ferie, straordinari e registrazioni orarie
  • Gestione delle pratiche relative ad assenze per malattia, infortunio, maternità e altri congedi
  • Aggiornamento e mantenimento della documentazione HR e degli archivi del personale
  • Interfaccia con enti assicurativi, casse sociali e istituti previdenziali per le pratiche amministrative correnti
  • Gestione degli adempimenti legati agli assegni familiari, alle imposte alla fonte e alle assicurazioni sociali
  • Supporto alle attività di recruiting, pubblicazione annunci e coordinamento dei colloqui
  • Organizzazione delle attività di onboarding e supporto ai nuovi collaboratori durante l'inserimento
  • Punto di riferimento interno per collaboratori e responsabili su tematiche amministrative HR
  • Preparazione di reportistica periodica, statistiche e documentazione a supporto della Direzione

Requisiti ##

  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nell'amministrazione del personale e payroll in Svizzera
  • Ottima conoscenza della legislazione svizzera in ambito HR, assicurazioni sociali e imposte alla fonte
  • Certificato di Assistente HR HRSE o formazione equivalente costituisce titolo preferenziale
  • Esperienza nell'elaborazione autonoma dei salari
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana
  • Buona padronanza degli strumenti Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel
  • Familiarità con software HR, payroll e rilevazione presenze
  • Precisione, discrezione e forte senso di responsabilità
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali
