Jobomschrijving

Hoe ziet jouw dag als CNC operator?Als CNC operator ben je dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en controleren van de CNC-machines. Je start je dag met het voorbereiden en instellen van de machine volgens de technische tekeningen. Vervolgens ga je aan de slag met diverse werkstukken, waarbij je zorgt voor precisie en kwaliteit. Je werkt niet in seriewerk, maar aan een variëteit van opdrachten, wat elke dag afwisselend maakt. Gedurende de productie houd je de machine in de gaten, los je technische problemen op indien nodig en rapporteer je aan de productieverantwoordelijke.

Hoe ziet onze ideale CNC operator eruit?

  • Bij voorkeur ben je in het bezit van een niveau TSO of gelijkwaardig door ervaring: opleiding mechanische vormgevingen, werktuigmachines. Voor schoolverlaters is er een opleiding voorzien, maar er moet wel technisch inzicht zijn.
  • Goed kunnen plan lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen.
  • Nauwkeurig, gedreven en kwaliteitsbewust werken.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, bent leergierig en stressbestendig.
  • Je kan als operator zelfstandig en in team werken.
  • Je bent flexibel naar uren toe.
