Für ein etabliertes und international tätiges Unternehmen im Bereich Gebäudetechnik suchen wir eine engagierte und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit für den technischen Kundendienst.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Kunden, Partnern und Servicetechnikern
  • Entgegennahme, Erfassung und Koordination von Service- und Kundendienstaufträgen
  • Planung und administrative Unterstützung von Serviceeinsätzen
  • Kontrolle und Fakturierung abgeschlossener Aufträge
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden- und Stammdaten im ERP-System
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie Unterstützung der Einsatzplanung
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen und kundenorientierten Serviceprozesses

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder technische Grundausbildung mit entsprechender kaufmännischer Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst, Verkaufsinnendienst, Service-Backoffice oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Zwingende Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der HLK-, Sanitär- oder Gebäudetechnikbranche
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an technischen Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
