Pour notre client basé à Genève, nous recherchons activement un(e) Gestionnaire Allocations Familiales.

Au sein d'une structure active dans le domaine des assurances sociales, vous contribuez à la gestion et au suivi des prestations familiales destinées aux assurés et aux employeurs. À ce titre, vous :

  • Gérez les demandes d'allocations familiales de l'ouverture du dossier jusqu'à la décision finale.
  • Analysez les situations individuelles et vérifiez l'ensemble des documents justificatifs.
  • Déterminez les droits aux prestations conformément aux dispositions légales en vigueur.
  • Effectuez les calculs, les versements et le suivi administratif des prestations.
  • Répondez aux demandes des bénéficiaires, employeurs et partenaires par téléphone et par écrit.
  • Assurez la mise à jour des dossiers et garantissez la qualité des données enregistrées.
  • Collaborez avec les différents services internes afin d'assurer un traitement optimal des situations.
  • Participez à l'amélioration continue des procédures et au développement des outils de gestion.
  • Effectuez une veille régulière sur les évolutions liées aux assurances sociales et aux allocations familiales.

Votre profil

  • Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience dans la gestion d'allocations familiales, au sein d'une caisse de compensation, d'un organisme social ou d'un environnement similaire.
  • Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances du système suisse des assurances sociales, notamment du 1er pilier et des allocations familiales.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les chiffres et avez l'habitude d'effectuer des calculs de prestations.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels, notamment Excel.
  • Une formation en assurances sociales ou un projet de Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en assurances sociales constitue un atout.
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et d'un excellent sens des responsabilités.
  • Vous appréciez le contact avec les assurés et savez communiquer avec tact et professionnalisme.
  • Curieux(se) et motivé(e), vous souhaitez développer vos compétences dans le domaine des assurances sociales.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et contribuez à un environnement collaboratif et bienveillant.
