Junior Account Manager 100%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie setzen die Markenstrategien im Bereich Elektrowerkzeuge, Handwerkzeuge und Zubehör gezielt bei Ihren Kunden um und tragen so zum Unternehmenserfolg bei
  • Sie entwickeln die Markenpräsenz auf den Onlineplattformen unserer Handelspartner stetig weiter und sorgen für eine hohe Sichtbarkeit im digitalen Raum
  • Sie betreuen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aktiv, bauen diese aus und erschliessen neue Kundenpotenziale zur langfristigen Netzwerkstärkung
  • Sie sorgen für eine ansprechende Produktpräsentation am Point of Sale und stellen eine bedarfsgerechte Warenverfügbarkeit bei Ihren Handelspartnern sicher
  • Sie planen und dokumentieren effizient wöchentliche Kundenbesuche und Touren
  • Sie analysieren kontinuierlich Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und leiten daraus gezielte vertriebliche Massnahmen ab

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder handwerkliche Qualifikation mit starkem kaufmännischen Verständnis; technisches Know-how von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Aussendienst oder Inside Sales - idealerweise im Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Anforderungen und Potenzialen des Onlinegeschäfts
  • Kommunikationsstarke und agile Persönlichkeit mit Kundenfokus, hoher Eigenmotivation, Teamfähigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office sowie Bereitschaft zur professionellen Nutzung interner Systeme (z.-B. PowerBI, Salesforce)
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • 35-45 Jahre
