Pour l'un de nos clients, acteur reconnu de l'industrie horlogère genevoise, nous recherchons un(e) Contrôleur Métrologue (H/F)

Vos responsabilités ##

  • Assurer la gestion du parc d'appareils de mesure, leur conformité et leur suivi via l'ERP.
  • Piloter les activités d'étalonnage et de maintenance corrective des équipements de mesure.
  • Garantir la fiabilité des systèmes de contrôle conformément aux standards qualité.
  • Gérer les instruments non conformes et participer aux commandes de nouveaux équipements.
  • Identifier les besoins métrologiques en collaboration avec les équipes qualité et production.
  • Participer à la conception des outillages et gammes de contrôle.
  • Réaliser les contrôles visuels et dimensionnels de pièces critiques.
  • Apporter un support technique aux ateliers de production dans l'utilisation des équipements de mesure.
  • Valider les départs de séries en fabrication selon les exigences définies.
  • Veiller à l'application rigoureuse des procédures et exigences du système qualité.

Votre profil ##

  • CFC de métrologue ou formation équivalente dans les domaines de la mécanique, de la production industrielle ou du contrôle qualité.
  • Expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire.
  • Maîtrise de la lecture de plans techniques.
  • Très bonnes connaissances des instruments de mesure conventionnels : micromètre, jauges, projecteur de profil, etc.
  • Expérience sur machines de mesure optique type Keyence, un atout.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques (MS Office, Excel, GPAO/ERP).
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, l'anglais constituant un avantage.
  • Personnalité rigoureuse, méthodique et orientée qualité.
  • Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et capacité à prendre des initiatives
