Manpower Enginering is de selectiedienst binnen Manpower Group en specialiseert zich in technische vacatures binnen engineering. Wij kijken samen met ambitieuze starters en ervaren professionals uit naar een nieuwe stap of wending in hun carrière. Het is ons doel om zoveel mogelijk opties aan te bieden op maat van de kandidaat. Je start bij ons steeds met een contract onbepaalde duur vanaf dag één.Voor een Gents productiebedrijf actief in verpakkingstechnologie, ben ik op zoek naar een meet- en regeltechnicus om in dagdienst mee te draaien. Aanwerving op basis van VAST CONTRACT.

Jobomschrijving

Als meet- en regeltechnieker ben je een essentieel onderdeel van het technisch team dat instaat voor het optimaal functioneren van onze installaties. Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving waar volop wordt ingezet op automatisering, digitalisering en vernieuwing van technieken. Je staat de storingstechniekers bij in hun dagelijkse werk en focust vooral op persluchtinstallaties, blowers en extrusiemachines.

Jouw taken

  • Uitvoeren van curatief onderhoud aan machines en installaties in dagdienst (inclusief wachtdienst)
  • Plannen en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud (elektrisch, meet- & regeltechnisch, pneumatisch)
  • Dagelijks overleg met productieverantwoordelijken over storingen, herstellingen en prioriteiten
  • Geven van feedback over de voortgang en status van uitgevoerde werken
  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van projecten, investeringen en modernisaties (o.a. vision-systemen)
  • Technisch aansturen en opvolgen van contractors en leveranciers
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van nieuwe collega’s
  • Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het CMMS-systeem
  • Zoeken van alternatieven voor niet-leverbare onderdelen en plaatsen van bestellingen
  • Kalibreren en afregelen van machines conform ISO- en Ethicon-standaarden.

De ideale kandidaat voor deze functie:

  • Bachelor Elektronica, Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Sterke kennis van motorsturingen (AC/DC), PLC’s (Siemens TIA), sensoren en meet- en regeltechniek.
  • Inzicht in machineonderdelen en bedrijfsspecifieke installaties.
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring met MS Office, Outlook, MS Project en diagnostische softwarepakketten.
  • Analytisch, zelfstandig en stressbestendig.
  • Teamgerichte en communicatieve houding.
  • Flexibel, assertief en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Bereid tot een wachtsysteem (1 week op 6)
  • Creatief in het vinden van technische oplossingen.
